These terms cover your use of vlbonite.co, the free landing page scan and the Lead Leak Report. Please read them before you use the scan or place an order. By doing either, you agree to them.

Who I am

vlbonite.co is run by Val Bonite, an individual based in Cebu, Philippines. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Val Bonite. “You” means the person or business using the site or placing an order.

The free landing page scan

  • The scan reads one page you enter and runs seven checks on what it finds in that page’s source. It does not run the page’s scripts, so anything added after the page loads may be marked as not visible or unverified.
  • You see the first three results on screen. To get all seven results, with a PDF copy, you enter your email address. I send one email with your results.
  • The scan is free and provided as is. It is a quick outside view of one page, not a full audit.

The Lead Leak Report

What you get

  • An automated website audit of up to 3 pages: the address you give, plus up to two more pages the report picks from your site.
  • 74 checks across tracking, landing pages, AI search and site health.
  • Scores, a fix list in order, the proof behind each finding, and a list of what it couldn’t check.
  • Delivery by email, as a PDF and a link, usually in about 10 minutes.

Price and payment

  • The price is $49 USD, shown at checkout.
  • Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the order. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase, including how payment, sales tax and refunds are processed.

How it works on your site

  • The report visits your site from the outside, the way a visitor would. It loads pages, presses your cookie banner, and may click buttons such as add to cart, call and booking buttons.
  • No logins are needed and I don’t ask for access to your accounts.
  • Because it behaves like a visitor, it may show up in your analytics or ad tools as a visit, a page view or a button click. It may also add an item to a cart. You may want to filter these out.
  • By ordering, you confirm that you own the site you enter, or that you have permission from the owner to have it tested this way.

What the report can and can’t promise

  • The report is automated. No person reviews it before it’s sent.
  • Each finding is marked as either seen directly or inferred, so you know how much weight to give it.
  • It lists what it couldn’t check. A clean result is not proof that everything works.
  • Results reflect your site at the time of the scan. Websites, ad platforms and browsers change, so results can differ if you run it again.
  • The report gives information to help you decide what to fix. It is not a guarantee of more leads, sales or ad performance, and it is not legal advice. That includes anything it says about cookie banners or consent.

If you want fixes

Reply to the report email and I’ll quote the fixes at a fixed price. Fix work is agreed separately, in writing, before any work starts. If you hire me for fixes, the $49 you paid for the report is credited in full toward that work.

Your information

How I collect and use your information, including the address you scan and your email, is explained in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • scan or order a report for a site you don’t own or have no permission to test
  • use the scan or the report to overload, attack or probe a site
  • try to get around rate limits, or automate requests to the scan
  • resell the report as your own product without my written agreement

I may refuse or cancel a scan or an order that breaks these rules. If I cancel a paid order for this reason before the report is delivered, you get a refund.

The content on this site

The articles, reports, designs and text on vlbonite.co belong to me unless they say otherwise. Your report is yours to use within your business and to share with your team, agency or developer.

Limits on my liability

  • The site, the scan and the report are provided as is.
  • As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost leads or lost ad spend, that come from using the site, the scan or the report.
  • As far as the law allows, my total liability for a Lead Leak Report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
