Refund policy

This policy covers the Lead Leak Report ($49 USD). The free landing page scan costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.

When you get a full refund

I refund the full $49 if:

• The report doesn’t arrive. It usually arrives by email in about 10 minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours and I can’t resend it, you get a refund.
• The report couldn’t run on your site. For example, your site blocked the visit or was down, and the report came back with too few checks to be useful. If a re-run doesn’t fix it, you get a refund.
• You were charged twice for the same site by mistake.
• You entered the wrong website. For example, a typo in the URL or the wrong page. Tell me within 7 days and I’ll re-run the report on the right website or refund you.
• You’re not happy with it. Ask within 14 days of your order and tell me why. This is one refund per customer.

When a refund isn’t available

• After the 14-day window, unless the report never arrived or couldn’t run.
• After your $49 has been credited toward fix work. The credit and a refund can’t both apply.
• If the order broke the terms, for example a scan of a site you had no permission to test.

How to ask

Email hi@vlbonite.co from the address you ordered with. Include the website you ordered for and, if you can, your order number from the receipt.

I reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the Lead Leak Report and processes refunds back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply.

Please contact me before disputing a charge

If something went wrong, email me first. Most problems are fixed with a re-run or a refund faster than a bank dispute.

Fix work

Fix work is quoted and agreed separately. Its refund terms are part of that agreement.
